Aaj ke modern daur me duniya tezi se badal rahi hai. Technology aur industry ki zarooriyat har roz naye skills ki demand kar rahi hain. Aise waqt me Telangana sarkar ne ek ahem qadam uthaya hai. purane ITI (Industrial Training Institutes) ko ek naye roop me tabdeel kari hai. Ye sirf ek update nahi, balki youth ke liye ek naye daur ki shuruat hai. Telangana ne ITI ko  Advanced Technology Centres (ATCs) me badalne ka faisla kiya hai, jisme modern facilities, world-class training aur future-ready courses provide kiye jaayenge.

 

Telangana Sarkar ka Vision

 Cheaf Minister A.Revanth Reddy ka kehna hai ke ye unka “dream project” hai. Unka vision hai ke Telangana ke naujawan sirf degree holders na banein, balki aise professionals ban kar niklein jo industry ki real demand ko fulfill kar saken. Sarkar ka maanna hai ke purane zamane ki ITI ab ke zamane me kafi nahi, isliye inhe naye infrastructure aur cutting-edge technology se upgrade karna zaroori tha.

 

Project ka Shandar Launch

 Ye ATCs ka shandar Shuruat Hyderabad ke Mallepally ITI me amal me aaya hai. Is launch ke bawajood, sirf ek sheher tak hi seemit nahi rahega – balke alag-alag Districts me bhi Shuru horaha hai  MLAs aur public representatives apne apne ilaqon ke ATCs ka inauguration kar rahe hain. Ye dikhata hai ke project ek state-level campaign hai jisme har district ka hissa hoga.

 

 Bada Investment – Tata Technologies ke Saath Partnership

 Ye project Telangana ke liye ek landmark hai kyunki isme private aur public dono partnership kaafi strong hai. Project ki total cost hai Rs 2,379 crore, jisme se Rs 363 crore Telangana sarkar khud allocate kar rahi hai. aur baaki ka hissa Tata Technologies invest kar rahi hai. Tata Technologies ka isme partnership hona ek guarantee hai ke courses aur facilities international standard ki hongi. Ye ek aisa model hai jisme sarkar aur private sector dono mil kar youth ko empower karenge.

 

ITI se ATC Tak – Modern Facilities

 Har ATC 13,500 square feet me banaya gaya hai. Ye sirf ek normal training centre nahi, balke ek mini-industry lab jahan har student ko real-time industry ke environment me kaam karna sikhaya jaayega. Facilities me shamil hain.

• Modern workshops jahan robotics aur automation ke machines honge.
•  Latest industrial tools aur equipment.
• Smart classrooms with digital resources.
• Research aur product design labs.
• Electric vehicle aur green technology training setups.

Yani ab students ko sirf kitab padhi hui knowledge nahi, balke hands-on practice bhi milegi jo unhe directly employable banayegi.

 

 Advanced Training Fields

 ATCs me training unhi sectors me di ja rahi hai jo future ki demand hai. Kuch fields ye hain:

• Robotics aur Industrial Automation – Industry 4.0 ki foundation.
•  Electric Vehicle Technology – Jahan EV boom aane wala hai, ye skill har jagah demand me hogi.

Student Demand – Record Breaking Response

 Jab admission khule toh students ka response hairan kar dene wala tha. Is academic year ke liye jo 11,008 long-term seats available thi, unme se  10,869 seats (99%) already fill ho gayi hain. Ye prove karta hai ke youth is project ko seriously le raha hai aur isme apna career future dekh raha hai.

 Agle saal se plan hai ke  1.25 lakh short-term seats bhi open ki jaayengi, jisme aur zyada students ko chance milega. Ye short-term courses un logon ke liye ideal honge jo already job kar rahe hain aur apni skills ko upgrade karna chahte hain.

 

Master Trainers aur Faculty

 Ek modern institute tabhi successful ho sakta hai jab teachers aur trainers bhi modern soch aur skills ke saath aayein. Is liye Tata Technologies ne har ATC me do master trainers (total 130) aur 12 trainers (total 780) appoint kiye hain. Ye trainers sirf national hi nahi, balke international exposure ke saath students ko train karenge.

 

National Recognition

 Ye baat bhi kaafi important hai ke naye ATCs ko  DGT (Directorate General of Training) aur NCVET (National Council for Vocational Education and Training) se recognition mil chuka hai. Iska matlab ye hai ke yahan se pass hone wale students ke certificates pure Bharat me valid honge. Is recognition ki wajah se students ko sirf Telangana hi nahi, balke poore India me job opportunities milengi.

 Telangana sarkar ka vision hai ke ye project sirf ek training upgrade na rahe, balke ye ek economic reform ban jaye. Jab skilled workforce tayar hogi toh state me naye industries aayenge, aur state ki economy aur employment dono boost honge. Ye ek win-win model hai jahan sarkar, industry aur students sab benefit karenge.
