Revisions to engineering syllabus :Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) ne faisla kiya hai ke engineering ki taleem ko naye daur ke mutabiq banaya jaye, taake students ko behtar job opportunities mil sakein. Is silsile mein syllabus mein chand aham tabdeeliyaan karne ka plan banaya gaya hai. Telangana ke Chief Minister Revanth Reddy ne bhi ye mashwara diya hai ke engineering syllabus ko naye zamanay ke industrial aur technology requirements ke mutabiq update kiya jaye.
Revisions to engineering syllabus : Industry ki Zaroorat ke Mutabiq
TGCHE ke chairman Professor V. Balakishta Reddy ke mutabiq, aaj ka zamana digital technology ka hai, jismein Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science (DS), aur Cyber Security (CS) jaise naye subjects bohot aham hain. Is wajah se engineering ke syllabus mein in subjects ko bhi shamil karne ki zaroorat hai. taake students ko naye daur ki jobs ke liye tayari karwai ja sake.
Professor Sriram Venkatesh, jo syllabus update committee ke chairman hain, unka kehna hai ke syllabus ko AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) ki guidelines ke mutabiq tarteeb diya jayega. taake credit system ko balance kiya ja sake aur students ke liye ye syllabus zyada faidemand ho.
Engineering Students ke Liye Nai Tajaweez
Naye syllabus ke mutabiq, ek engineering student ko apni 6th ya 7th semester tak 160 credits complete karne ka moka diya jayega, taake last semester ka pura waqt internship ya project work ke liye istemal ho sake.
Engineering Syllabus Mein Badlaav Ke Aham Points
TGCHE ne engineering taleem ko naye daur ke mutabiq banane ke liye kuch tareeqe samne rakhe hain:
1. Uniform Credit Framework : Har semester ke liye 20 credits honge, aur poore 4 saal ke course ke liye 160 credits rakhe gaye hain. Minor ya Honours program ke liye 20 extra credits ka intezam bhi hai.
2. Core Subjects Ka Mazboot Karna: Technology aur skills ko improve karne ke liye AI, ML, DS, aur CS jese naye courses ko syllabus ka hissa banaya jayega.
3. Industry Internships: 2nd aur 3rd year ke baad students ke liye industry-based internships lazmi honge, taake wo practical knowledge hasil kar sakein.
4. Flexible Credit System: Jo students tez tareeqe se seekhna chahte hain, unke liye option hogi ke wo apni 6th ya 7th semester tak 160 credits complete karein aur last semester sirf internship ya project ke liye istemal karein.
5. Credit Transfer Policy: Students ko NASSCOM jese organizations se certification courses karne ka moka diya jayega, jiska credit unke degree syllabus mein shamil hoga. Kam az kam 4 industrial visits bhi lazmi hongi.
6. Faculty aur Student Exchange Program: Industry ke experienced professionals ko universities mein hiring kiya jayega, taake students ko practical exposure diya ja sake. International level par training aur internship ke mauqe bhi faraham kiye jayenge.
Engineering Students Ke Liye Nai Syllabus Ka Faida
TGCHE ke mutabiq, naye syllabus ka sabse bara faida ye hoga ke students sirf certificate lene ke liye nahi padhenge, balki unki skills waqai industry ke mutabiq develop hongi. Telangana government ka kehna hai ke naye syllabus se students ko direct industry ke liye tayar karne ka moka milega.
Is syllabus ki madad se students ko degree complete hone tak practical experience bhi mil jayega, jisse unki job opportunities barh jayengi. Industry mein kaam karne ki zaroori skills aur knowledge students ko university level par hi mil jayegi, taake unko baad mein alag se naye courses na karne padhein.
Industry Ko Kya Faida Hoga?
Naye syllabus ka sirf students ko hi nahi, balki industries ko bhi faida hoga. Companies ko ab naye engineers ko training dene ke liye extra waqt aur paisa nahi lagana padega, kyunki naye syllabus ke students pehle se hi required skills hasil kar chuke honge.
Pehle aksar aisa hota tha ke students degree complete karne ke baad bhi industry ke mutabiq skills nahi seekhte the, is wajah se unko naye courses aur training programs join karne padte the. Magar ab naye syllabus ki wajah se universities hi unko zaroori technical skills seekhne ka moqa dengi.
Telangana government aur TGCHE ki ye koshish hai ke naye syllabus se engineering students ka future aur behtar banaya jaye. Is naye system se students ko degree ke sath practical experience bhi milega. jo unko job market mein faida dega. Agar ye system sahi tareeqe se amal (implement) hota hai, to Telangana ki universities se nikalne wale engineers India ki badi industries ke liye zyada attractive candidates honge.
