Zindagi ke 40 Saal Baad: Health, Happiness and Balance

 Aksar log kehte hain ke asli zindagi ki shuruaat 40 saal ke baad hoti hai. Kyunke pehle 20–25 saal hum school, college, doston aur masti me guzarte hain. 25 se 40 tak career banane, shaadi, bachche aur family ki zimmedariyaan hoti hain. Is dauran hum itne busy rehte hain ke apni health par dhyaan nahi dete. Lekin jaise hi 40 cross hota hai, ek taraf life thodi stable hoti hai. paisa aur sukoon aata hai. doosri taraf  health ke problems bhi shuru ho jaate hain.

1.  Regular medical checkup
2.  Right food aur paani
3.  Physical aur mental health balance

Zindagi 40 ke baad khubsurat hai – bas zarurat hai ise sahi tareeqe se jeene ki.

 

1. Regular Medical Checkup

 Dusra sabse important step  regular checkup. hamari body aksar 70–80% damage hone ke baad signals dikhati hai. Jaise cancer, liver problems ya diabetes aksar late stage me detect hote hain. Agar early stage me pata chal jaye to simple food aur lifestyle change se control kiya ja sakta hai.

  •   Har  6 mahine me ek dafa blood test  zaroor karwaye.
  •   Minimum tests:   HbA1c (sugar test), CBC (complete blood count), Lipid profile (cholesterol levels), LFT (liver test), KFT (kidney test), urine test.
  •   Apni sugar fasting 100 se neeche aur post meal 140 se neeche rakhe. HbA1c 5.6 tak ho to aap safe hain.
  • Log tests se is liye darte hain ke kahin bimaari na nikal aaye. ya test mehange hote hain. Lekin sach yeh hai ke checkup se hi aap apni life bachate hain.

 

2.Right Food aur Water

Sabse pehla step hai khana aur paani.

  •  Apni diet me  fruits, salad aur whole grains  (jaise millets, daalein, oats) ko include kijiye. Yeh high fiber aur digestion friendly hote hain.
  • Processed food  (jaise chips, biscuits, packaged snacks) aur  dairy products  zyada avoid kijiye.
  •  Oily aur spicy food  ko control me rakhiye. Lekin mahine me ek dafa apni craving poori karna allowed hai.
  •   Apne  bachchon ko copy mat kijiye. Unka digestive system strong hota hai. woh pizza, burger, pakode jaldi digest (Hazam) kar lete hain. Lekin 40 ke baad humari body utni strong nahi rehti. Is liye apne liye alag discipline rakhiye.
  • Hamari body ka 70% hissa paani hai. Agar proper paani na piya jaye to toxins body me jama hote hain aur health kharab hoti hai.  Rozana  2–3 liter (10–12 glass) paani piye.
  •   40 ke baad pyaas kam lagti hai, is liye time set karke paani piye.
  •  Apna  urine colour  check kijiye: agar transparent hai to hydration sahi hai, agar yellow hai to paani kam hai.

 

 3. Physical aur Mental Health

  • Health sirf body se nahi. dimaag aur emotions se bhi judi hai.
  • Weight control  rakhiye. Agar weight balance me hai to BP, diabetes aur heart problems se bachenge.
  •   Rozana kam se kam  20–30 minutes walk  kijiye. Agar time ho to yoga aur stretching add kijiye.
  •  Neend natural cycle ke hisaab se lijiye.  raat ko jaldi soye aur subah jaldi uthe. Yeh aapke mood aur energy dono ke liye best hai.

 

 Mental Health

  • Aaj ke time ka sabse bada challenge hai  stress aur anxiety.
  • Meditation  shuru kijiye. Pehle 5 minute, phir dheere dheere time badhayein.
  •  Apne dil ki baat share kijiye. Agar koi dost ya family member nahi hai to Allah se, nature se ya apne hobbies se connect kijiye.
  •  gaana, likhna, painting, kahani sunana – jo bhi pasand ho uske liye time nikalna bohot zaruri hai.
  •  Apna  social circle quality based rakhiye.  quantity based nahi. Do ache dost 50 bekaar rishton se behtar hain.
  •   Career aur paise par focus kijiye. Paisa khud mein sab kuch nahi hai, lekin bina paise ke stress badhta hai. Is liye halal tareeqe se paisa kamaane aur secure karne ki planning zaroor kijiye.
