Telangana Higher Education Vision 2047-Taleemi maidan me bada Khadam

Telangana mein higher education ke maidan se ek bahut achi khabar saamne aayi hai. Ye khabar na sirf taleemi mayaar ko behtar banane ki umeed jagati hai balkay accountability aur quality ko bhi mazbooti se laane ki taraf ek qadam hai. Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) ne faisla kiya hai ke wo apne curriculum, teaching system aur industry se taluqaat ko naya roop dega — taake ye sab kuch Vision 2047 ke mutabiq ho, jo state ka lamba aur mazboot future plan hai.

Ye faisla Telangana sarkar ke is iraade ko dikhata hai ke wo inclusive aur research-based growth ke zariye higher education ko state ke economic aur technological development ka hissa banana chahti hai. Council ke Chairman Professor Balakista Reddy  ne ek ambitious roadmap pesh kiya hai jisme unhone kaha ke reforms sirf academic badlav nahi, balkay strategic interventions hain — jinka maqsad aaj ke youth ko global knowledge economy mein leadership ke liye tayyar karna hai.

Reddy ke mutabiq, Council ka maqsad ye hai ke students ko sirf degrees nahi, balkay practical aur employable skills bhi milen. Unhone kaha ke ye reforms aise design kiye gaye hain jisse students ki employability badhe, academia aur industry ke darmiyan majboot link bane, aur institutes ko Telangana ke long-term vision ke saath align kiya ja sake.

Unhone ye bhi kaha ke in koshishon ke natije me students par positive asar dekha gaya hai — parents bhi khush hain ke unke bachche ab industry-ready ban rahe hain. Ye sab initiatives academic learning aur industry ki zarooraton ko ek dusre ke saath match karne ke liye kiye gaye hain.

Industry Collaboration aur International Partnerships

Council ne existing gaps ko bridge karne ke liye kai national aur international organizations ke saath MoUs sign kiye hain. Inme  Bulk Drug Manufacturers Association of India (BDMAI),  Telangana Skills, Academic and Training (T-SAT) aur  NASSCOM jaise bade naam shamil hain.

Ye collaborations har saal  1 lakh learners ko AI (Artificial Intelligence), FinTech (Financial Technology) aur Cybersecurity jaise emerging fields me upskill karenge.

Ek aur bada step ye hai ke TGCHE ne  University of San Diego (USA) ke saath collaboration announce kiya hai. Is partnership ke tahat Telangana ke students ko  global certifications,  joint research opportunities  aur  virtual internships milenge. Ye ek aisi pehal hai jo Telangana ke higher education ko international level par le ja sakti hai.

Professor Reddy kehte hain ke TGCHE higher education me transformation laane ke forefront par hai. Unke mutabiq, “Hamare liye sabse bada goal ye hai ke higher education sabke liye accessible, affordable aur highest quality ka ho — chahe koi bhi student kisi bhi socio-economic background se ho.”

Innovation, Research aur New Infrastructure

 Council ka ek aur focus area  Research aur Innovation Clusters (RICs) banana hai. In clusters ke zariye universities aur colleges me research culture ko promote kiya jayega. Saath hi, upgraded infrastructure aur modern facilities bhi provide ki jayengi taake students aur faculty dono apni potential ko poori tarah se use kar saken.

Ye bhi plan kiya gaya hai ke  joint incubation centres  aur  research parks establish kiye jayen. Inka integration national platforms jaise  NPTEL aur  SWAYAM Plus (IIT-Madras) ke saath hoga. Iska maqsad hai ek “robust pipeline of industry-ready graduates” tayyar karna — jisse Telangana academia-industry innovation me leader ban sake.

Faculty Reforms aur Superannuation Age Increase

Ek aur aham faisla ye liya gaya hai ke faculty ki  retirement age (superannuation age) 60 se badha kar  65 saal  kar di jayegi. Ye step isliye liya gaya hai taake experienced aur talented professors ko retain kiya ja sake.

Pichle kuch saalon me kai institutions me mediocre faculty hire ki gayi thi, jisse teaching standards me girawat aayi thi. Is liye, ab Council chahti hai ke proven academic leaders ko zyada der tak service me rakha jaye. Ye ek smart aur practical move hai jo higher education quality ko sustain karega.

Telangana Higher Education Vision 2047 ke Sath Taleemi Mission 

Telangana ka  “Rising 2047” mission ek long-term development blueprint hai. Iska focus hai inclusive growth, sustainability aur innovation. Council ke naye reforms directly isi mission se linked hain.

TGCHE chahta hai ke har student ke paas wo skills hon jisse wo rapidly changing global market me apni jagah bana sake. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, aur Green Technologies jaise naye subjects ko curriculum me include kiya ja raha hai.

Ye reforms sirf students ke liye nahi, balkay teachers aur institutions ke liye bhi ek naya chapter khol rahe hain. Har institution ko apna curriculum industry ke saath synchronize karna hoga, taake education practical aur job-oriented ho.

Inclusive aur Research-Driven Growth ka Naya Model

Council ka vision ye hai ke Telangana ke har kone me quality higher education pohche. Iske liye rural aur semi-urban areas me bhi research aur training facilities establish ki jayengi.

 Digital learning platforms aur e-content ke zariye distance education ko bhi promote kiya ja raha hai, taake har student tak knowledge easily pohch sake.

Professor Reddy ne kaha ke ye sari koshishen sirf reforms nahi, balkay ek “transformative movement” hain jo Telangana ko 2047 tak ek global knowledge hub bana sakti hain.

Unka kehna hai, “Hamari koshish hai ke Telangana ka har student apni potential ko pehchane, naye ideas develop kare, aur unhe innovation aur entrepreneurship me convert kare.”

Agar Telangana Council of Higher Education ke ye plans safal hote hain, to state ka higher education system poore desh ke liye ek model ban sakta hai. Research-based learning, skill enhancement, aur international collaborations milkar Telangana ko ek aise phase me le jayenge jahan education aur employment dono ek dusre ke saath chalein.

Vision 2047 ke saath aligned ye educational reforms ek nayi soch, nayi strategy aur naye future ki taraf qadam hain. Is se Telangana na sirf academic excellence ka markaz banega, balkay ek innovation-driven economy bhi.
