Telangana Digital Census 2027 : 10 November se Pre-Test shuru

Telangana Digital Census 2027

Telangana me ab ek nayi aur digital tehreek shuru hone ja rahi hai. Bharat ke pehle  Digital Census 2027  ke liye pre-test 10 November se 30 November tak chalega. Ye ek important tayyari hai jo desh bhar me ek saath chalayi ja rahi hai. Telangana me ye pre-test teen jagahon par hoga — Thipparthi mandal (Nalgonda district), Pinapaka mandal (Khammam district), aur Hyderabad ke andar GHMC limit me Ramachandrapuram (Division 112).

Is pre-test ka maqsad ye hai ke aane wale  National Population Census 2027 ke tamam systems aur process ko test kiya ja sake — jaise ke form design, data collection ka tareeqa, logon ki training, printing, aur data ki quality check karna. Ye sab kaam is liye kiye ja rahe hain taake asli Census jab shuru ho to sab kuch smooth aur accurate ho.

Digital Census 2027 : Ghar baithe oneline

Government ne ye bhi announce kiya hai ke log apni details online khud bhar sakte hain. Ye digital self-enumeration ka window 1 November se 7 November tak khula rahega. Matlab, citizens ghar baithe mobile ya computer ke zariye apni family aur ghar ki maloomat bhar sakte hain. Ye Bharat ke Census itihas me pehli baar hoga ke log digitally apni details submit karenge.

Iska ek bada faida ye hoga ke paper ka istemal kam hoga, data jaldi mil jaayega, aur record accurate rahega. Government ka kehna hai ke is digital tareeque se Census me transparency aur efficiency dono barhengi.

Pre-Test ka maqsad kya hai

Ye pre-test asal Census ke liye ek trial run hai. Isme dekha jaayega ke online system aur ground staff dono kis tarah kaam karte hain. Jaise —

  •  Enumerators (jo ghar ghar jaake data collect karte hain) ko kis tarah ki training chahiye.
  •  Software aur mobile app kis had tak sahi kaam kar rahe hain.
  •  Data upload aur verification ka process smooth hai ya nahi.
  •  Printing aur logistics (materials, ID cards, etc.) me koi dikkat to nahi.

Agar pre-test me koi dikkat ya system error milta hai, to usse pehle hi theek kar liya jaayega taake asli Census me problem na aaye.

Census ka pehla phase – Housing Listing

Census do phases me hota hai. Pehla phase hota hai  Housing Listing and Housing Census, jisme har ghar ka detail collect kiya jaata hai — jaise ghar ka type, size, construction material, facilities, aur ownership. Dusra phase hota hai  Population Enumeration, jisme har citizen ki detail li jaati hai — jaise naam, umar, gender, shiksha (education), rozgar (employment), aur migration details.

Is baar ka pre-test Housing Listing aur Housing Census ke liye hai. Matlab isme pehle ye dekha jaayega ke log apne ghar aur family ki details digital tareeke se kis had tak asaani se de sakte hain.

Government aur State ke darmiyan coordination

Registrar-General aur Census Commissioner of India, Mrityunjay Kumar Narayan ne Telangana ke Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao ko ek letter likha hai jisme unhone state government se poora cooperation maanga hai. Unka kehna hai ke Telangana ke selected areas me ye pre-test smoothly hone chahiye taake aage chal kar poore state aur desh me Census ke dauraan koi dikkat na aaye.

Telangana government ke departments ko training, awareness aur local staff ke zariye logon ko Census ke process ke baare me samjhana hoga. Government ka plan hai ke har citizen ko ye bataya jaaye ke Census me unki participation kitni zaroori hai aur unki maloomat bilkul surakshit (secure) rahegi.

Digital Census 2027 – Bharat ke liye ek naya daur

India me Census 150 saal purani ek traditional practice hai, lekin pehli baar isey digital format me laaya jaa raha hai. Iska matlab hai ke pehle jahan enumerators paper forms bharte the, ab unke paas tablets ya smartphones honge jisse data direct system me upload ho jaayega.

Digital ke kuch bade faide ye hain:

  • Speed aur accuracy barhegi – Data turant central system tak pahunch jaayega.
  • Paperless system  – Environment-friendly process hoga.
  •   Real-time monitoring  – Officials turant dekh sakenge ke kaunsa area complete hua hai aur kaunsa pending hai.
  •   Duplicate data avoid hoga  – System automatic cross-check karega ke ek hi insan do jagah register na ho.
  • Policy making me madad  – Sahi aur tezi se milne wala data government ko policies banane me madad karega, jaise employment, education aur health ke fields me.

 Telangana ka role

Telangana ko is pre-test ke liye chunna is liye bhi gaya hai kyunki yahan digital infrastructure accha hai aur government technology-based schemes me pehle se kaafi active rahi hai. Hyderabad aur Telangana ke kuch districts me is exercise se ground-level feedback mil paayega ke log digital census ke liye kitne ready hain.

Local authorities logon ko motivate kar rahe hain ke wo 1 se 7 November ke beech digital self-enumeration window ka faida uthayein. Isse enumerators ka kaam bhi aasan hoga aur data jaldi complete ho jaayega.
